Newcastle to Murcia
Don’t miss sights include the Cathedral of the Diocese of Cartagena which is a landmark of the city of Murcia and was built in Castilian Gothic style.
Murcia’s pedestrian area is in the old town where you will find winding streets and medieval buildings
The region has many beautiful beaches including
Villa Nanitos beach You will find this beach near to the near the mud baths of San Pedro del Pinatar. Plenty of water sports on offer
La Llana Blue flag beach with water sports
Punta del Fraile This beach is only accessible on foot
El Belonte Grande and Salitrona Small beaches and only accessible by foot or boat

To get from Murcia-San Javier Airport to the town centre there is a bus service with 3 journeys a day departing from the airport at 17.45, 19.15 and 22.45. The journey will take 45 minutes
